DANCE

“Dancing is the best way to stretch your body, use your muscles, and create a beautiful body. It makes you spindly, a look that everyone wants. When we do warm ups, everything follows a musical pattern, and it makes me feel very feminine. I recommend that people spend at least 1 hour every 2 days, and increase later by 2 to 3 times per week, and there will be a significant difference in your body. YOGA

“Some people think that yoga is all about making your body become flexible, but it’s actually just stretching your muscles and reducing your body fat. You don’t have to worry about doing intensive squats, doing sit-ups or creating abs, because you can achieve the same slim body from doing yoga. For starters, do 3 to 4 times a week, and in three months you will see a change. Just keep in mind though, you should softly stimulate your body parts, maintain your own pace, and avoid intense moves. Then you will love yoga like me.” – Lee Ji Young (이지영)

GYM TRAINING

“In order to get rid of your body fat, there is nothing better than doing weight training and aerobic exercises at the gym. It increases your muscles, helps you to lose weight, and build body strength that is not prone to gaining weight. Still, people worry that weight training will make them gain weight, but you don’t have to worry about that at all. Women have hormones that keep them from gaining muscles, and it is very difficult to create them through normal exercises. So if you want a healthy body, you should spend at least 2 to 3 times per week, 30 minutes each, and continue exercising. If you start now, you can create that healthy looking body by this summer, with apple hips and 11 letter abs (a popular trend in Korea).” – Ko Min Soo (고민수)

PILATES

“Aerobic exercises are actually helpful for losing weight. But, pilates can help you to loosen your muscles and tone your body even more. It also works out your inner muscles and practice breathing properly side by side. So there is nothing easier than pilates, which helps you to find your body balance. To make a fit body before summer, I recommend doing 5 times a week. If timewise that’s difficult, you should do at least 2 to 3 times per week. Or if you are worried about its cost, consider a group class that’s 2 to 3 times per week with 1 time doing 1:1 coaching. This will help you to overcome stress, fix posture and tone your body.” – Oh Hyung Joo (오형주)
